At Luz A Flowers, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Because our floral arrangements are custom-made and flowers are perishable products, we kindly ask customers to review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled if the request is submitted before the floral design process or delivery preparation has begun.

Same-day delivery orders and custom floral arrangements may not be eligible for cancellation once preparation has started.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds for:

• completed and delivered orders,
• minor variations in flower varieties, colors, or containers,
• issues resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer,
• or circumstances outside of our control, including weather or recipient unavailability.

However, if there is a problem with your order, we encourage you to contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours and provide:

• your order number,
• photographs of the arrangement,
• and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will review the situation carefully and, when appropriate, may offer:

• a replacement arrangement,
• store credit,
• or another reasonable solution.

Non-Refundable Orders

The following orders are generally non-refundable:

• same-day delivery orders already prepared or dispatched,
• funeral arrangements already completed,
• custom or personalized floral designs,
• and orders successfully delivered to the provided address.

Delivery Issues

Luz A Flowers is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

• incorrect or incomplete addresses,
• missing apartment or gate information,
• recipient unavailability,
• or refusal of delivery by the recipient.

Additional delivery fees may apply if re-delivery is required.

Natural Product Disclaimer

Flowers are natural and seasonal products. Variations in bloom size, color tones, floral varieties, and arrangement appearance are normal and do not qualify as defects.
